Cancellation & Refund Policy
Products will only be refunded if there is a major damage caused during transit. Request for return should be made within seven days of purchase. The product will have to be dispatched within 7 working days and only after notifying us.
Refund for items is only provided when we are unable to give the buyer a new replacement.
The final refunds will be made after deducting all Tax, duties if paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of Payment Gateway Name payments refund will be made to the same account.
Do I need to return the item in its original packaging?
An item must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging, so we recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 7 days after purchase.
In remote circumstances ie If incase the buyer is sending the items back Please contact us & confirm before returning any product. All products must be shipped back with all the documentation that you have received from us including the invoice. All returned products must be sent via same mode of shipment as was used for sending the items in the 1st place. A wrong way of dispatch may lead to a lot of paper work and delay in receipt. If these instructions are not followed your return will be invalid and you will forfeit all privileges.
Condition of returns
It’s important that returned items are in the best possible condition, so please take reasonable care of them.
No return of any product purchased under a promotional scheme or discount or where invoice specifically mentions “no replacements”.
The product to be returned should be in saleable condition.
